Cortina love.

So proper and clean looking I would love to build a Ford cortina. I have a huge soft spot for english fords. Crazy that such a great car was sold at Ford dealers in the 60's. A huge hit in europe but unknown here in the states pretty much.

New dvd came in the mail today

I suggest you go out and get a copy cause this is one of the great car flicks.

Bronco shop truck project

I picked this truck up in may to use in our move to our new shop. That didnt quite work out due to the transmisson going out shortly after we got the truck running properly. This gives us a chance to put a upgraded stronger automatic tranny in the truck for the future towing that this truck will do. Prior to the tranny mishap we replaced the tires, windshield, full tune-up and built an exhaust aswell as tons of cleaning and detailing. Were going to be purchasing one car trailer one utility trailer and have been looking at boats so we need the truck to be tip-top. Ive always loved the classic lines and style of the full sized broncos its really the last of the real trucks.

Mk3 side moulding solution

Anyone that owns/owned a mk3 vw has had to deal with falling moulding at one point. I remember replacing them when mk3's were still under warranty at the dealership. Back then you could get them prepainted so it was slightly easier. I bought this mk3 GTI awhile back to resell and had to deal with missing moulding. Given the choices and the cost on a car im selling I looked for an alternative. What we found was a moulding thats very close to the same width as the stock stuff but sits much closer to the bdy instead of sticking out. It sticks on with 3M tape same as the oem and cuts easy. It can be painted and works great for cars with pulled fenders cause this will contour more then the stock trim.

Sorry for the poor pics they were taken quickly.

Heres a 1967 Sunbeam Alpine that is owned by a local customer of ours. We did a rebuild of the suspension aswell as some brake work and various engine seals. Sunbeams are wonderful cars and quite overbuilt its funny that these were sold out of chrysler dealers in the 60's. Maybe if mopar would have gotten behind them a little more they wouldnt be in the position they are today.

Family Hauler

I never get tried of this pic.

Our new location

This past month was a big one for Eurotech. We ended our 5 year lease at our old location 5400 Yukon court and decided to make a move to a new location in historic downtown Frederick. The move was done for several reasons but mainly for better road expousure and a better location for our customers. So you can find us at 580 E.Church st. Theres still tons of stuff to do in the new place but it feels more at home then the old spot ever did.

Future ride

I normally dont go for new stuff but this bike is right in so many ways. Hopefully this might be the start at Harley going after a new market base. Ive been into bikes since I was a kid mostly old stuff of all kinds. Ive always put off buying a real (running) bike for different reasons but were working on Chris' CB750 cafe project along with the various personal and customer cars I simply have no time for a bike build. I want something I can rack up tons of miles on and have fun with. Plus theres something about buying something brand new that interests me. Ive always had old/used stuff so to own something brand new that no one else has beat on or hacked up is a major plus.

Fiat

This is a 1969 Fiat 500L that we recently finished some refresh work on. Out of all the odd/rare cars we have come through are shop this car seemed to be a fan favorite. Everytime it was out front of the shop people were stopping taking pictures or asking what it was. Im not a huge micro-car fan but I can see why people dig these.

Kick Off

This is the blogspot of Eurotech Motorsports.I started this to showcase some of our different projects (automotive or other) aswell as some observations through my travels.
